Pray for Japan - Day 10 His Kingdom Come in Japan

Today, let's conclude our time of prayer with the way Jesus taught us to pray. Japan is such a beautiful country with customs and a culture that has drawn foreigners to it for many years. The people are hard-working, innovative and organized. Imagine what this world would be like if Japan followed Christ. People could be accepted and loved instead of judged and shamed for mistakes and poor circumstances. Christ-centered community, not just uniformity, could be the focus of the group mentality. And God could bless the Japanese with hope, purity, prosperity and peace beyond what anyone could imagine.

"This, then, is how you should pray:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,

Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." (Matt 6:9-13)

Please pray today for His Kingdom come in Japan. Pray for every individual living in Japan. Pray for every Japanese person living outside of Japan. Pray for country and state leadership. Pray for hope, openness to change, willingness to listen, courage to do something different, and divine intervention.
